Location is good, staff is friendly.

The hotel is under renovation which has big smell and noisy at the lobby.. The room is quite moist, facility is old. tried few times to call the service desk from room, it’s never been picked up, instead You have to go downstairs to talk with the staff.

It's 10 days since we left. They still haven't release hold on my credit card taken for incidental. Also, their phone don't work most of the time. They had steps after you walk out of lift to reach room. It was inconvenient to carry luggage.

The hotel didn't mention its ongoing renovation which if I had known, I would have not booked. The noise was constant

The hotel is in a great location but is in desperate need of renovation which thankfully they started. The staff however

The property was located in a great area where I wanted to be. Swimming pool and gym were good.

Room very outdated and rundown. Shower over bath broke. Normal shower was very poor with dribble of water. Bath plug did not work. No coffee machine despite being advertised as having one. Concierge on first floor often could not speak any English which was poor. Breakfast was in ball room and adequate but not worth the money you pay for it.

Good Hotel no Bidet

It was a good hotel at a good location.

There is no bidet in the hotel and prior to the booking, we received a scam email in Booking.com inbox and almost fell into the scam.

central. very close to tanjong pagar mrt station. lots of good restaurants and food nearby. very walkable to Chinatown.

poor wifi for the room. have to ask a few times before they respond to the issue and finally got upgraded to a better room.

Toilet flashing not working, not worth the money.

Location is good, staff is friendly.

The toilet is not working and cannot be flashed. I booked for only 1 night , checked in at 10:30pm and stayed only 4 hours as my flight is at 6am in the morning. I don’t bother to ask for another room but it is disappointing to see things are not working especially after you have done the job and you need the flashing to work. During checkout, I told the front desk about it and she just said “Oh”. I am like… ok fine. Overall the room is outdated and old in my opinion. Need to refresh to keep up but I guess SG is a hot destination and they don’t bother.

A pleasant stay!

I love the environment, you can find almost everything near the hotel such as laundry, cheap restaurant, expensive restaurant, 711, mcdonalds, supermarket, and park. The bathroom is very big, the room is also spacey. I will come back and stay in this hotel.

I cannot call the receptionist to pickup my stuffs during check in since the phone is broken, so I brought my luggage by myself and it’s very heavy. The card is also broken, I need to tap-in several times until it’s successfully opened.

Breakfast too limited (bread very hard, not fresh), not enough staff at check-in, nobody at checkout, need to wait 15mn to get luggage, bed very very hard... All that for 210eur a night!

Very comfortable bed with large bathroom. Aircon was cold enough. Staff was prompt in helping to deliver toiletries and extra bed to us.

Alittle bit of noise from renovation in level 11.

My room 901 was a bit dated and needs refurbishing particularly the bathroom. Lack of concierge and front of house staff was noticeable.

Huge rooms at affordable prices in a great part of town

The location was great! I always like staying in this area of SG - close to the nice fancy restos and bars and the hawkers markets. Hard to find rooms this big in this side of town for this price. The room was big enough for 3 beds.

It wasnt so clean. There was dirt in the hallways that was there the whole time of our stay. We booked for 3 pax but they always just have us stuff for 2 - towels, water, pillows.
